We Moved!!
At least our blog has moved. We expect to move household and persons early this summer. We'll tell you more when we know more!
So come see us over at the new blog, www.perfectisnt.blogspot.com.
Wilkommen and Ni Hao! We are Lee, Kevin, and Miles, recently joined by Wen Li, from Jiangxi province in China. I'm chronicling our journey with Wen Li here at this comfy blog spot so family and friends can check out all the intimate details of our experience (while being ever-so-grateful that I am not actually giving birth this time).

We took a trip to Baden Baden, and Strasbourg last weekend, with a scenic drive down through the Black Forest on the German side and up the Alsace wine (and apple) road on the French side. Which sounds lovely and Euro and hip until you consider that we had two children in tow. It was more like a whirlwind of waffle stands, playgrounds, and indoor pools with some really nice scenery thrown in. But we had a great time and it was actually relaxing. We managed to see some of the wonderful spots along the way, including Riquewihr, which Rick Steves said was too touristy to bother with (we read this after the fact and think he's just a snob. The town was built in the 1500's! It's not like it was Busch Gardens or anything. Sheesh.)
Both kids smiling in the same picture!!! It's a miracle!! (First playground of the trip)
A nice view of who knows what. This is taken from the angle of the second playground of the trip.
Gratuitous wine country photos.
Buying apples and apple juice in some place that starts with a "B".
The Sand Castle Lady made a large cat in the sand, here Miles shows his "kitten" he made to go with it.
Don't worry, Aunt Sara is holding the end of the boat. And they are only 4 feet from shore.
Our little Half-Pint re-hydrating with a half-pint bottle. (Do they even say that anymore? Or is it all metric? We've been reading the Little House on the Prairie series, and I can't imagine Laura's nickname being "Half Liter".)
One of the few two-piece suit shots that didn't involve serious plumber, uh, you know.
Another boat ride with Ge Ge, this time at Funland park.
